How to serve a glass of wine
Let Bar Exchange teach you how to pour the perfect glass of wine.
Note there are 100s of wines from all round the world. In this video Bar Exchange demonstrates how to pour a glass of "table" wine which differs from "desert" wine. Certain wines may also require specific glasses. In the case of vintage wines, these will need "decanting" first and then be allowed to "breathe". Please consult with your bar manager for exact requirements.
