Best known as "The Amber Nectar"..... Foster's Group is a beer group with interests in brewing, wine-making & soft drinks. It was founded in 1886 by 2 American brothers in Melbourne, William & Ralph Foster, who owned a refrigeration plant, which was necessary to brew beer in Australia's hot climate.
