Description:
Broadway House and Broadway Bar & Grill are now recruiting for incredibly passionate and lively Bar and Floor staff.

About us:
We are a young but huge multi-faceted business, with positions available within our restaurant, bar and grill. We are about to become even busier with passing high street trade from the Olympics and with the football season due to commence in a few weeks, so we are looking for competent, self motivated staff to push forward in these inevitably busy times. Our team are extremely important to us here at Broadway, they are the people who really care and work hard for the good of the business. Their attention to detail and excellent customer focus really sets them above the rest. We're certainly not an establishment for the faint-hearted, but we offer competeitive rates of pay plus fantastic tips, a secure and fun working environment and supportive, bubbly co-workers.

About you:
You will be an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about excellent food and drink and exceptional customer service. You will have experience in a similar role for a minimum of 6 months and will most likely be looking for a full-time position. We are looking for really personable team players who aim to give great service and brighten their customer's day by going the extra mile. We want our team to be memorable for all the right reasons, and if you believe you tend to often push your service that little bit further (be it remembering a regular's favourite drink, offering your opinion on an excellent dish or just chatting with your customers and making them feel welcome) we want to meet you. You will be extremely loyal and trustworthy, an attribute that is invaluable to us here.
We hold a various number of events from launches, to breakfasts and from Charity pirate themed parties to live music nights. There is something for everybody and we need staff who are able to adapt quickly, using their common sense to achieve the best possible results when given tasks.

Requirements:
-English as a fluent or very strong language.
-Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK
-UK bank account

-You should genuinely have a passion for this industry and customers and you should not be afraid of a little hard work. We will very likely look to develop our team from within so career progression is also a possibility for the right candidate.
