Description:
Rose and Crown - Deputy Manager (23000)
55 High Street, Wimbledon Village, Wimbledon, London. SW19 5BA
Deputy Manager Position-The Rose and Crown Hotel-Wimbledon-Live Out.

You Deserve the Best and so do We! The ‘Rose and Crown Hotel’ Wimbledon is situated directly across from the beautiful Wimbledon Common. Surrounded by Boutiques and Deli’s .Wimbledon Village is truly the place to be!

The right candidate will be able to:
Manage a team of 35 staff
Understand a P&L
Use Opera preferably (but not essential).
Manage Food and Beverage Stock
Control Stock Ordering.
Staff recruitment and Training; participate in all areas of service, Bar/Waiting/Reception.
Complete Cellar duties, handling real ales and managing cellar to comply with PSN Auditor policy.
Assist Managers in Fire Training and Evacuation Procedure.
Attend Training Courses at our Head Office as required.
Use Computers efficiently.
Show great Telephone manner
Demonstrate great Written and Spoken Communication Skills.
To assist the business in continuous development

Day to day duties will include:
Managing and Controlling Stock
Cash Checks
Opening and Closing up.
Managing a 13 room Hotel
Continuous staff improvement * on job training
