Anglo American Style Ales (6436)
These ales tend to be sweet, fruity and texturally smooth. Many are higher in alcohol content than lagers and have a pronounced taste and flowery aroma. They are top-fermented. Most are served at 50 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Varieties include Pale, Red, Brown, Scotch and others.

E. J. Phair India Pale Ale

Added on Feb 24, 2010 E.J. Phair India Pale Ale is an English style meets America I.P.A.. It is brewed with six different grains and over two pounds of hops per barrel. It is a full bodied and flavorful beer that gets plenty of hop character from the use of a hop back. The dry hopped version is known as Alehouse IPA.

Added on Feb 24, 2010 Cask Regular. Also available bottle conditioned(only from the Tastebuds shop next to the brewery). Slightly darker than light with a softer Fuggles hop character and a hint of sweet. Brewed using pale malt, crystal malt, and black malt, and only Fuggles hops.

Added on Feb 24, 2010 Cask Status uncertain. Also available bottle conditioned (only from the Tastebuds shop next to the brewery). Straw coloured with a distinctly malty aroma. Nuttiness and a fine hop prominent. Ingredients: Maris Otter pale malt, crystal malt. Whitbread Golding Variety and Golding hops.

Added on Feb 24, 2010 Cask Seasonal - Christmas. Also available bottle conditioned (only from the Tastebuds shop next to the brewery). This is about as strong a beer as bitter gets before it is called something else. Its paleness deceives other senses. Bitter and hoppy with malty undertones.

Added on Feb 24, 2010 Specially made for the Tastebuds shop next to the brewery. Only available bottle conditioned. A single varietal hop beer for the connoiseur bitter drinker. Golden/copper coloured with a very definite fresh and refreshing aroma and taste. Prominent hoppy finish.
