E.J. Phair India Pale Ale is an English style meets America I.P.A.. It is brewed with six different grains and over two pounds of hops per barrel. It is a full bodied and flavorful beer that gets plenty of hop character from the use of a hop back. The dry hopped version is known as Alehouse IPA.

Cask Seasonal - Christmas. Also available bottle conditioned (only from the Tastebuds shop next to the brewery). This is about as strong a beer as bitter gets before it is called something else. Its paleness deceives other senses. Bitter and hoppy with malty undertones.
