A collaboration between Xbeeriment and Mikkeller. A BIG Imperial Stout with lots of dark, roasted notes, lots of US hops but fermented with a Belgian yeast from one of the trappist breweries. Brewed to be able to evolve over several years.

Golden colour, foamy white head. Aroma is diacetylic, abit barnyard and some weak honey. strong honey in flavour, very smooth beer. The strong honey really surprised me. A good quality European strong Lager.

Xirdalan means Panther and Qara means strong. 50 cl. bottle. LIght brownish colour with short head. Light sweet caramel aroma and malty. Flavour is sweet, toasted malts, some bitterness. Sweet finish.
