Barolo Chinato is produced with a special wine Barolo DOCG, flavored with calissaia cinchona bark, rhubarb root and gentian. Excellent as a dessert wine or meditation, pleasantly surprised organoleptic combined with chocolate.

Nothing requires more precision than making vermouth. The flaws are easily perceptible and almost impossible to fix because the way the botanicals interlace.
