Description Autumn Harvest 2008 is brewed with Roasted Pumpkin and Butternut squast grown at the Butternut Valley farm. Infused into the mash along with Roasted Sweet Potato these ingredients impart color and earthy flavor tones. Spices are added to the kettle and the beer is fermented with our house ale and Saison yeast strains. The beer is spontaneously soured and aged creating flavors of sour candy and mild spice with a clean finish.
