Description	Cask Seasonal - May to September. Honey coloured ale gently flavoured with pure Sussex Honey but balanced with a gentle biscuit edge. The biscuit edge prevents the honey from becoming too overpoweringly sweet. The name Bee-Head has a double meaning and is a bit of a pun. Whilst referring to the honey in the beer, it also refers to a certain execution method popular in the 17th Century,but not with regal victims, obviously.
