The delicious heart of the annual Winter Wonderland in London’s Hyde Park, the Spiegel Saloon is a pop up restaurant in a fully heated antique ballroom tent. After taking in the sights and sounds of atmospheric Winter Wonderland – from London’s largest open air ice rink to the giant Observation Wheel, unique selling stalls and the Cirque d’Hiver show this is a place to relax and enjoy good food and great entertainment.
