Our name comes from our close association with the 41st Regiment of Wales and we’re a great old pub that has classic decor, and home cooked pub food, Brains beers, spirits from the Penderyn distillery and loads of classic Cardiff atmosphere. Our menu changes regularly and features dishes such as wild game pie, mutton & rosemary pie and wild boar sausages on a black pudding mash. A visit to Cardiff really isn’t complete without a pint of Brains beer in one of our leather wing-backed armchairs. Once you come and see us you will never forget us. We’re located just down the road from the Castle so you won’t have to search too hard to find us either.
