Bacchus Pub and Kitchen serves the best of British cooking, taking eating out back to its roots of unpretentious service, relaxed surroundings and simply stated menus with honest prices.

Sustainability, seasonality and provenance is everything to the Bacchus team when sourcing supplies and creating menus. The idea is to provide London with a really relaxed venue for eating the finest of British produce, cooked amazing well, accompanied by excellent wine and beer at a great price.

The decor is soft and eclectic with flock wallpaper, hand written menu boards, comfy couches and wooden dining tables. Antique cutlery and terrycloth napkins finish off the distinctive furnishings.

Bacchus Pub and Kitchen is built around, and by, a group of strong individuals working closely together to create this unique environment. What the team understands the most, is that pubs are part of a community, and Bacchus is very special as it has grown organically over the years to get to this point, becoming a centre point of the Hoxton community.

The East London Line Overground brings you to Hoxton Station, on Cremer Street, a three minute walk. Various underground lines bring you to Old Street Station, a ten minute walk.

Bus 394 stops on Falkirk Street, one minute away. Buses 55, 242, 243 all bring you to Kingsland Road, a two minute walk away.

Hoxton Street starts at Old Street, and has 'Hoxton Boutique' and 'Electricity Showrooms' at the start of the street.

Bacchus is a 5 minute walk along Hoxton Street, passing a post office, a library and the 'White Horse' pub.
